My qurencia was going to art galleries. The picture above is one of my Querencia Clipboard.
Mi Querencia
I wish I could do art. I would give everything just ot have that skill shooting out of my hands like fireworks of inspiration and beauty. However, my inability to producer masterpieces with a pencil doesn't mean I can't admire the beauty of art in itself. My querencia is going to art galleries. Not really any specific ones, just as long as art is on the walls and it has a calm atomisphere; and I can feel infinate. And by infinate, I mean open and free, that my soul could run on foer miles; which is just what the art on the walls does to me. Seeing paintings, for me, is almost like reading a book and I am able to put myself in the story of the painting and feel it's inner meaning and message. Also the general atomsphere and people that I find at the galleries i go to are comforting as well. I haven't once walked into a gallery where there wasn't a smiling or friendly face. Once I walk into one it seems as though the mask we wear to hide our inner selves can be taken off and I have a chance where I cannot be judged. Outsides never really seems to matter there, just as long as you have a place in your heart for art. So, generally, being a sixth wheel myself, I can feel very at home. The art galleries are also melting pots of inspirati0on; a soup of new creative ideas and different opinions. I feel as though it is a watering can for my growing, creative mind. I get some type of new idea whether it's fashion from people I've seen there, to a new musical beat that is a throbbing heartbeat in the background, to a story spun off from a mezmerizing painting.
